Karen Seafield — known across the island as Kaz Ibiza — is a dynamic force within Ibiza’s music and nightlife community. After discovering Ibiza later in life, Kaz forged an unbreakable bond with the island, spending the last seven years living between the UK and the White Isle. During that time, she completed two full summer seasons working at the heart of Ibiza’s entertainment scene, gaining firsthand experience in what makes the island’s culture so unique.
Her career has spanned working with leading promoters, concierge roles, social media management for nightlife brands, and an impressive achievement booking 45 events in just six weeks for the iconic Plastik Ibiza. These roles deepened her understanding of Ibiza’s pulse — the music, the people, and the energy that defines the island.
In 2025, that passion evolved into something bigger: Kaz co-founded Ibiza Pulse Radio, a new DAB station dedicated to delivering Ibiza’s signature house sound, culture, and community to listeners both on the island and around the world. Built with innovation and connection in mind, Ibiza Pulse Radio is designed as a platform for curated shows, DJ takeovers, local stories, and collaborations with the island’s creative community.
“For me, everything in my Ibiza journey led to this moment,” Kaz says. “The island opened doors, inspired me, and introduced me to incredible people. Ibiza Pulse Radio reflects the true heartbeat of Ibiza — and we’re only just getting started.”
With a new DJ & Artist Management company launching in 2026, Kaz continues to channel her passion for music, culture, and community into projects that celebrate and uplift the island she loves.
